Service Description

This service is only for if you have purchased your jewelry from Stai Jewelry! Regarless if you need a repair, resize, or re-weld after removing your jewelry. This is included in your warranty up to twice per item.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before. Rescheduling is accepted up to 12 hours before. A No Show fee of 35$ will be charged if failure to show up, cancel, or reschedule.
